Erin Haidu-Sylvia is a graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington and from the Physical Therapy Assistant program at KVCC. Erin also is an ISSA certified Master Personal Trainer. She is from Cape Cod, Massachusetts. She currently resides in Skowhegan with her wife, two children, chocolate lab and a few kitties. In her free time she enjoys golfing, collecting sneakers, traveling, watching the Celtics, her Harley, cross country skiing, visiting her sister in Ireland and family time. Erin really enjoys working with people and helping them live their fullest lives.
